چکیده
This paper describes the results of studies on higher torque density automotive auxiliary motors based electromagnetic field analysis. Dual stator axial-gap PM achieve than radial-gap in a flat motor shape. Therefore, an was designed design policy different from that past to reduce its volume by half for applications and experimentally evaluated using prototype motor. In order improve density, double structure adopted wide generation areas optimally designed, reducing 44% compared with existing model. It

A High Torque Density Axial Flux SRM with Modular Stator
A novel structure of switched reluctance motors (SRMs) is proposed. The proposed structure uses the benefits of the axial flux path, short flux path, segmental rotor, and flux reversal free stator motors all together to improve the torque density of the SRMs. The main geometrical, electrical and physical specifications are presented. In addition, some features of the proposed structure are comp...
متن کاملinvestigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
Failure of ProFile instruments used with air, high torque control, and low torque control motors.
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of 350-rpm rotational speed on the failure incidence of ProFile nickel-titanium rotary instruments (PRI) when used by an experienced operator in conjunction with different motors. STUDY DESIGN Extracted human mandibular and maxillary first and second molars demonstrating curvatures greater than 25 degrees were used. PRI sizes 4...
متن کاملDouble Layer Magnet Design Technique for Cogging Torque Reduction of Dual Rotor Single Stator Axial Flux Brushless DC Motor
Cogging torque is the major limitation of axial flux permanent magnet motors. The reduction of cogging torque during the design process is highly desirable to enhance the overall performance of axial flux permanent magnet motors. This paper presents a double-layer magnet design technique for cogging torque reduction of axial flux permanent magnet motor. Initially, 250 W, 150 rpm axial flux brus...
متن کاملA New Doubly Segmented Structure for Switched Reluctance Motors with High Torque Capability
In this paper, a new magnetic structure for switched reluctance motors is presented. In this structure, both stator and rotor has a segmented topology and there is no magnetic flux path between two stator/rotor segments or any possible combination of them. The proposed segmental structure may be considered with different number of phases as well as different number of segments per phase for any...
